Tiffany’s passion for hospitality began during her first job, serving as a transport aide and food server in assisted living facilities. In her next role, she started on her path to accounting, progressing from file clerk to accounts payable specialist. At Hallmark, she’s proud to merge her talents across both sectors. Her area of expertise is in fostering effective communication among colleagues and encouraging productivity and cohesion within the team, and she’s passionate about cultivating warm and professional connections with vendors. Outside of Hallmark, she finds energy in exploring the outdoors and spending quality time with loved ones, including her fiancé.

With more than a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Holden joined Hallmark in January of 2025 after spending over six years on Hilton’s corporate revenue management team. Having worked in both hotels and restaurants, Holden has held a variety of roles, giving him a well-rounded perspective on the guest experience. Passionate about driving revenue and optimizing hotel performance, he is always looking for ways to improve and innovate. “Better than yesterday” is his favorite Hallmark value, as he believes in continuous learning and progress. Holden was born and raised in Houston, TX, and outside of work, he enjoys cooking, woodworking, and playing basketball. He and his wife love to explore the outdoors and frequently hike the PNW with their two dogs, Phoebe and Stella

With a focus on hospitality, travel, and tourism, Lacey worked as a strategy and client-services leader at several marketing agencies for more than fifteen years—with Hallmark as her primary client for seven years—before joining the team in 2023. She applies her expertise in building brand awareness, creating new brands, and developing and executing multi-channel marketing programs for Hallmark and its agency partners. She is passionate about supporting and working with her colleagues to capture big and small wins, and finds inspiration in continually learning. Outside of Hallmark, she loves to travel with her partner and son, spend time with family and friends, and is an avid reader.

Beki began her career with Hallmark at Georgie’s in 1998. There, she developed a foundational understanding of customer service and operations, and continued to grow within the company, first as Director of Catering, then as General Manager at the Whaler and Pacific Kitchen. Her current role is a perfect fit, and by consistently demonstrating Hallmark’s core values, she inspires and encourages the team to do the same. She is most passionate about fostering a work environment where employees feel seen, heard, and valued. Outside of work, family is the most important thing to Beki, and she loves spending time kayaking, golfing, and working in her yard.

With more than 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Charles joined the team at Hallmark Inns & Resorts in 2023. He has held positions across nearly every department in hotels around the country, as well as corporate roles with Hilton, Wyndham, Prime Hospitality, and Courtyard Properties. His expertise is in increasing revenue and improving overall operational efficiency while enhancing the guest experience. He is passionate about working with property leadership teams, and he is most proud of the team members that he has mentored, maintaining a commitment to assisting them as they continue to grow in their careers. Outside of work, family is the most important part of his life. He enjoys gardening, cooking, and spending time with great friends.

Terry began working in the building industry as a general contractor at 21 years old, and joined the Hallmark team in 2018 after years of involvement in hotel construction and renovation. He has spent time working in nearly every trade, allowing him to have empathy and understanding at every point of the process. Always willing to lead by example, Terry is incredibly thorough, and prides himself on having a deep understanding of the relationships between design, architecture, procurement, execution, and completion. Outside of Hallmark, he finds energy in staying physically active, golfing and kayaking with his wife, and spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Melinda has proudly worked in Human Resources for more than 20 years, supporting employees and leadership in tech, manufacturing, customer support and food service. She joined Hallmark in 2023, bringing a wealth of experience in comprehensive HR, organizational development, and talent acquisition. She prides herself on being a “business partner,” believing that strong people leaders should also be strong business leaders. Continual learning, kindness, and candor are core values that deeply resonate with Melinda. Outside of Hallmark, Melinda spends time with her family exploring Oregon and cheering on the Oregon State Beavers.

With a unique blend of financial expertise and entrepreneurial experience, Jenifer brings strategic thinking and a growth mindset to her role. Her professional journey spans hospitality, public accounting, business consulting, and small business ownership - including co-owning a fitness facility and running her own CPA practice. Jenifer's passion for continual learning and improvement together with her collaborative approach and commitment to efficiency help organizations identify opportunities and achieve their goals. She believes in the power of bringing together different perspectives to drive innovation and create lasting solutions. Jenifer holds both an MBA and CPA designation, reflecting her commitment to professional development and excellence. Outside of work, she enjoys learning through podcasts and books, soaking up sunny weather in warm locales, and spending quality time with her husband, family, and friends

Ric has been with Hallmark Inns & Resorts for more than two decades, stepping into the CEO role in 2018. His experience in the hospitality industry began at age 12 in the landscaping department at a hotel his father managed; he then worked his way up through almost every department—allowing him a deep understanding of hotels, and instilling a dedication to improve the quality of experience for his employees. He has devoted himself to continual learning with an emphasis on operations, leadership, and culture, and obtained a Master Certificate in Hospitality from Cornell University. Ric’s passion is reflected in Hallmark’s purpose statement; To create remarkable experiences for our employees and guests. Outside of his role at Hallmark, Ric enjoys spending time with family and powerlifting.

With a B.S. in Business Administration from University of Oregon and experience in procurement, Michelle joined the Hallmark team in 2021. She strives to develop and maintain successful relationships with suppliers and manufacturers while focusing on cost containment strategies that align with project budgets, and she is passionate about finding creative solutions to elevate the quality of hospitality Hallmark provides to their customers. Supporting Hallmark’s properties and their purchasing needs help uphold the highest level of hospitality. Outside of work, she loves rock climbing, painting, hiking, and anything that keeps her active and in nature.

Diane’s career with Hallmark began in 2015, but she became aware of her interest in accounting while working at her family’s business during high school. And though she describes herself as formerly “horrible at math,” her education and experience soon proved otherwise. Meticulous and detail-oriented, she prides herself on leaving nothing unchecked, creating processes and providing guidance to ensure accuracy and timelines. She truly enjoys what she does at Hallmark, and outside of work she loves spending time with family, friends, and her cat Stan, as well as visiting wineries, vacationing in warm locales, and cheering on the Portland Trail Blazers.
